Returns Policy

Crockery Direct operates a 14-day returns policy. You have the right to return a product for a refund up to 14-days after receiving it.

If there is something wrong with your order, for example your whole order is faulty or is damaged in transit, we will either arrange for Parcelforce to collect the product from you, or email you with a delivery label to attach to the order and you will need to drop it off at a Post Office. If only a single item within your order is faulty or damaged, we will dispatch a replacement item to you as soon as possible. In either case, you must provide us with proof of the fault/damage by emailing a photo and a description of the damage to  along with your Order Number.

We will pay the costs of return in limited circumstances, such as where your order is faulty or is damaged in transit. (For the full list, see clause 9.2 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale). However, in most circumstances, including if you are returning a product because you have changed your mind about it, you will need to pay the costs of the return.

In all cases, we recommend that you return the products in their original packaging for safety. Where you are responsible for the costs of return, we recommend that you use a tracked and signed for service to ensure that the products reach us safely.

In all cases, in order for you to receive a refund for your order, we require the Crockery Direct labels to still be in place on the returned products in order to demonstrate that they have not been used.
