Free Delivery on UK Mainland Orders . Order before 14:00 Monday to Friday (Excl Bank Holidays) for same day dispatch.
Northern Ireland
For orders from Northern Ireland; due to the current courier pricing and additional administration requirements; delivery will cost £15 regardless of the size or value of the order.
Your Order
At Crockery Direct we carefully inspect and package every single order separately to ensure that you receive your product in the very best condition.
Crockery is obviously a fragile and valuable item and we therefore strive to do all of the following:
- Package your order with the correct amount of padding without using unnecessary packaging
- We inspect all of the products before packaging them to ensure you don't get any surprises
- We use the best couriers available (like Parcelforce) to ensure that your order is well taken care of and tracked along the way. On rare occasions we may not be able to use our preferred couriers, however your order will still be sent with a reputable and reliable courier and will always be tracked and signed for
- We strive to have your order delivered within 2 working days of the date that the order was placed
As a business we only use recyclable packaging and try to minimise the non-recyclable packaging that our suppliers use. However there are some products which unfortunately do have polystyrene packaging. We're currently working with our suppliers to use something more sustainable and just as effective.
