Sometimes a few products don’t match up to our high standards, or there are small imperfections on the product which we wouldn’t be comfortable selling at full price. We offer these products at a reduced price with full knowledge of these small defects. We can never guarantee what will be on here in the future, but our factory seconds will cover everything in our stock which we’re not happy with.
Just because our crockery is labelled factory seconds, this doesn’t mean that it’s not fit for purpose. We inspect every piece that arrives, which means everything here is still in good working order and their defects are only cosmetic.
